The Classic (1960s): Born as an evolution of the successful Polaris model (launched after the 10-meter Jupiter in the early 1950s), the original Super Polaris is an elegant planing cruiser of approximately 13–14 meters (43 feet), built with the shipyard’s renowned craftsmanship, often featuring a mahogany planking hull. Introduced around 1964, it was distinguished by the introduction of a redesigned deckhouse and sometimes a flybridge, offering greater comfort and space on board, such as a large sunbathing area. This classic motor yacht, known for its elegant lines, robust construction, and refined interiors, is still sought after today by vintage yacht enthusiasts, embodying the luxury and style of that era.
Il Superyacht (Gamma attuale): Più recentemente, Cantieri di Pisa ha rilanciato il nome con il progetto Super Polaris 60, un’imbarcazione imponente di oltre 61 metri all’interno della nuova serie di voyager in acciaio e alluminio (Polaris 38, Polaris 48, Super Polaris 60).
