DESCRIPTION:ASDEC Gathering on Lake Garda – June 11–14\, 2026 \nASDEC is pleased to invite owners and enthusiasts to the International Motor Boating Gathering for Vintage and Classic Boats\, which will take place from June 11 to 14\, 2026\, on Lake Garda. The event\, based at Nautica Casarola in Lazise\, offers a unique opportunity to share a passion for historic boating and to pay tribute to Cesare Casarola\, a key figure in the Gardesan nautical tradition.  \nThe program includes four days of cruising through some of the most scenic areas of the lake\, social gatherings\, cultural experiences\, and a closing ceremony featuring awards dedicated to participating boats. An exhibition of extraordinary charm that will provide the setting for the September 12 event: an exceptional day at the Grand Hotel\, dedicated to elegance and the great tradition of Lake Como.  \nGrand Tour of Lake Como \nThe Villa d’Este Style Vintage Yachting event\, scheduled for September 12\, 2026\, is part of the Grand Tour of Lake Como\, an opportunity organized by ASDEC\, Museo Barca Lariana\, and Villa d’Este to allow lake and classic boating enthusiasts to enjoy several days on Lake Como. \nThe Grand Tour is a prestigious event created primarily with the aim of inviting lovers of beauty and elegance to discover the exclusive vintage boats displayed in the magnificent gardens of Villa d’Este. These boats\, which have marked the history of navigation\, are part of the collection of the Museo Barca Lariana. DESCRIPTION:Dear ASDEC Members and Boat Owners\, \nWe are pleased to invite you to the “Vintage Classic Yachting” competition\, which will take place in the magnificent setting of Villa d’Este on Saturday\, September 12.All motorboats over 30 years old are invited to participate. \nFor the occasion\, from September 9 to 19\, a selection of prestigious boats from the collection of the Museo Barca Lariana will be exhibited in the park of Villa d’Este. \n  \nProgram – Saturday\, September 12\, 2026 \n08:00 AM – 09:00 AM\nMeeting point in the central lake area (near Villa Serbelloni) with the pilot boat for transfer to Villa d’Este. \n10:00 AM – 10:30 AM\nMooring at Villa d’Este and welcome cocktail. \n10:45 AM – 11:45 AM\nPresentation of the boats displayed in the gardens\, with a dedicated speaker. \n12:00 PM – 01:30 PM\nVilla d’Este Elegance Award: boat owners will parade with their boats before a jury\, also demonstrating their maneuvering skills during docking in front of the marina. \n01:45 PM – 02:45 PM\nLunch\, brief speeches by the organizers\, and award ceremony. \nThis year\, two important awards are being introduced for the first time: \n\nVilla d’Este Elegance Award\nAward for a Boat of Exceptional Historical Significance\nAward for the Person Who Distinguished Themselves Most During the Event\nAward for the First-Place Winner of the Vintage Jole Regatta (to be presented at the end of the event).\n\n03:30 PM – 04:30 PM\nClosing of the event with the famous Vintage Jole Regatta (challenge between Museo Barca Lariana\, Villa d’Este\, and ASDEC)\, followed by the award ceremony. \nPlease note: the panel of experts from ASDEC and the scientific and technical committee of the Museo Barca Lariana will present special awards\, as this event is dedicated to recognizing the importance of the boats\, their history\, and the skill of their owners. The Villa d’Este Award will consist of a trophy that will remain at the Grand Hotel\, while a replica will be presented to the winner.
